Originally released in 1975, Revolution Dub is one of Lee “Scratch” Perry’s most visionary studio creations, recorded at his newly built Black Ark Studio in Kingston. The album showcases Perry’s fearless innovation: early use of drum machines, heavy stereo panning, unpredictable rhythmic drops, and surreal snippets of sampled British TV dialogue. This 2025 reissue from Music On Vinyl is pressed on 180g orange coloured vinyl, housed in a silver foil numbered picture sleeve, and limited to 1000 individually numbered copies.
