Half-speed remastered reissue of Peter Gabriel’s third solo album, commonly referred to as Melt, originally released in 1980. This edition was cut at 33 RPM from high-resolution digital transfers of the original analogue tapes. Produced by Steve Lillywhite, the album features pioneering use of gated reverb and no cymbals, with standout tracks including “Intruder,” “Games Without Frontiers,” and “Biko.”
