Originally released in 1989, Pure is the sophomore album from English indie pop darlings The Primitives, following their breakout debut Lovely. This 2021 reissue from Demon Records is pressed on 140g white vinyl and features newly remastered audio by Phil Kinrade at Alchemy Mastering, overseen by the band’s own Paul Court. This edition also includes a signed sleeve, making it a standout collector’s item. With jangly guitars, infectious hooks, and a blend of dreamy pop and post-punk edge, Pure captures the band at their melodic best.
