The Soldier’s Tale presents Roger Waters’ 2018 adaptation of Igor Stravinsky’s 1918 theatrical work, recorded with members of the Bridgehampton Chamber Music Festival. Combining narration, character voices and chamber instrumentation, Waters reimagines Stravinsky’s parable of a soldier who trades his fiddle to the devil for wealth, retaining the spirit of the original score while adding his own dramatic interpretation.  
This limited edition pressing is housed in a linen‑laminate gatefold sleeve and includes a four‑page booklet with lyrics and photographs. Pressed on 180 gram vinyl and individually numbered, the release offers a premium presentation of Waters’ modern retelling of Stravinsky’s classic work.
