Southern Stars is the fourth studio album by Australian hard rock band Rose Tattoo. Recorded with Angry Anderson on vocals, Geordie Leach on bass, Greg Jordan on slide and lead guitar, John Meyer on guitar and Scott Johnston on drums, the album pushed the band toward a more AOR‑leaning sound while keeping their trademark hard rock and boogie blues edge. Produced by Vanda and Young, the record features the singles I Wish, Freedom’s Flame and No Secrets. The album peaked at number 30 on the Kent Music Report and marked the final Rose Tattoo release produced by Harry Vanda and George Young. This limited numbered edition comes on turquoise and blue swirled vinyl, pressed on 140 gram vinyl and housed in a 3mm sleeve.
