A stark, experimental solo debut from the legendary frontman of The Fall, The Post Nearly Man blends spoken word, sound collage and fragments of Fall recordings into a raw, leftfield narrative. Originally released in 1998, this 2020 edition marks the album’s first‑ever vinyl pressing, presented on 140g clear vinyl with newly commissioned artwork by longtime Fall collaborator Pascal Le Gras.

Fragmented, cryptic and uncompromising, the album offers a rare glimpse into Mark E. Smith’s creative psyche — unfiltered, unpredictable and unmistakably his own. Mastered by Phil Kinrade at Alchemy Mastering and housed in a printed inner sleeve with liner notes.
