Tim Rose Tim Rose CD Album 2
Originally released in 1967, Tim Rose is the debut solo album from the gravel-voiced American folk-rock singer best known for his versions of “Hey Joe” and “Morning Dew.” This 2017 reissue by Talking Elephant restores the original 12-track lineup, including the haunting “Come Away Melinda” and the brooding “Long Time Man.” Rose’s raw delivery and dramatic arrangements helped shape the darker edge of late-'60s folk rock, influencing artists from Nick Cave to Robert Plant.
